About Us

The mission of the Academy of Music Northwest is to offer its students a series of intensive musical experiences to help harness their dedication to become strong communicators, passionate about moving audiences with their musical arts. 

They work with a distinguished faculty in solo and ensemble performance, composition and conducting.  Comprehensive training is offered, with classes in early childhood music education, music theory and ear training. Pre-college Division  students participate in master classes with distinguished visiting artists and senior faculty

Off-campus performance opportunities are numerous and are arranged for the students throughout the school year.
